Hi all. We're trying to build a simple CRM where each agent connects to SignalWire via WebRTC to field inbound calls.

A bit lost with the documentation, if I'm honest.

Is there no way to control call routing/queues with a call flow in my SignalWire dashboard?

And is there no SDK available for agents to connect to SignalWire's servers via WebRTC to wait for and accept incoming call notifications?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
