We (Society For The Blind) currently have an automated phone service (Access News) running on a cloud server with a FreeSWITCH instance and an Erlang node in outbound mode that does rudimentary user authentication based on caller ID and offers thousands of audio files (articles, old time radio shows, newsletters, store fliers, etc.) to visually and print impaired subscribers.

I'm trying to follow the SignalWire docs as closely as possible, but they change quite often (which is understandable), and based on my current understanding, I don't think this is possible yet. Then again, this is my first foray into cloud VoIP services, so it is more than possible that I missed a lot.

I also understand that answering such an underspecified question is difficult, so I would also be happy simply for some pointers.
