If you have a large amount of numbers, all with differing account information, addresses, or PINs, instead of splitting up the numbers on separate orders, you may fill out and submit a bulk port-in request.
You can access the bulk port-in form at the bottom of this article. Simply download, fill out, and submit the form to us via ticket or email, sending it to porting@signalwire.com.
Please note that larger submissions can take 2-3 weeks to process and complete. It is crucial that you have permission and correct account information/PINs from your current providers.
An LOA will also need to be filled out for all numbers porting into SignalWire. You may find an LOA for each number type at the bottom of this article. Please note that there is a separate LOA for Toll-Free numbers and Local Long Code (10DLC) numbers.
If you are moving messaging only from another provider, an LOA directly from the losing provider is necessary.
