Calls Flagged as Spam
As part of ongoing efforts to reduce Fraud, Scam, and Spam calls, our upstream peers have partnered with TNS to implement their Call Guardian solution which scores ANIs based on their "reputation”.
Scores range from -4 (worst) to +4 (Best). Our upstream peers currently block calls with an ANI Reputation score of - 4 & -3, which means that the ANI has been associated with likely fraud/scam activity.

Tip: If this is the very first use of the ANI in question, give it another try. We’ve seen ANIs with no recent history receive a -3 rating and then normalize on subsequent attempts. Our upstream peers utilize call analytics solutions to reject call attempts suspected to be fraudulent or illegal robocalls. Please contact Support representative if you have any questions.
